Using the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace

The Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace is an easy-to-use website that allows you to create end customer accounts and sign them up for Ingram Micro cloud hosted solutions.

Accessing the Marketplace


1) Open Marketplace in your browser

2) Located on the top-right corner, are a list of all flags. Click on the flag corresponding to your region

3) Select a product from under the main menu option ‘Cloud Solutions' (Fig. 1)

   Note: If you are logged into your Reseller account already, you may skip to Step 6. If you are not yet an Ingram Micro Cloud reseller, you can find out more by clicking Become a Reseller from the main menu.

4) On the product’s page, click on the Log In button located on the top right side of the page


Corresponding to your selected subscription plan, click on the log in to see pricing button, the ‘Log In’ page opens

5) Enter your username and password and click the Log in button, you will be redirected to the Marketplace home page

6) Select a product from under the main menu option ‘Cloud Solutions’ (refer to Fig. 1) the product page opens (refer to Fig. 3)

7) Click on the Select button to subscribe to the corresponding plan


Cloud Marketplace Functions

As mentioned above, you need to log in to the Marketplace to be able to use all of its functions. In this section, we explain some of the actions resellers can perform within the Marketplace.

·         Sign Up End Customers and Purchase Hosted Solutions

Once you have created your Ingram Micro Hosted Solutions reseller account, you will be able to log in to your Reseller Control Panel directly from the Cloud Marketplace with single sign on. To log in to your Reseller Control Panel, simply click the Control Panel link at the top, right-hand side of the page (refer to Fig. 4).

·         Contact the Cloud Ignite Service Desk

The Cloud Ignite Service Desk is available through three channels: phone, email and live chat. At the top of the Marketplace page, you will see the contact phone number, as well as links to contact the Service Desk by Email or Chat.
