Reseller Control Panel Feature: Add & View Product SKUs
This document will provide the following steps required to i) View a Product SKU & ii) add
a Product SKUs to Billing Reports

Vendor SKUs are included as part of the build for service
plans. This information can be viewed by
following the steps listed below.
Log into your reseller control panel and then switch over to the ‘Billing’ side.
Then click on the ‘Service
Plans’ link under the ‘Products’ section.
Use the search tool to locate the O365 service plan you want to
view the SKU (ex: Office 365 Business Essentials)
Click on the ‘Subscriptions
Initially this view does not show the SKU for the product. To make
the SKU visible click on the ‘Select
Select the ‘Recurring SKU’
option and then click ‘Save’.
The SKU is then visible.

steps will guide you through the process of including this information into

Create an on-demand report or a periodic (scheduled) report. As an
example we’ll use the on-demand option. Click on the ‘Add New Report’ button.
Set a name for the report and choose the settings you want. By
default, all reportable fields are included in the report. This includes the
SKU information. Click on ‘Create’ button to finish building the
report. That’s all there is to it.
