How to: Check Sales Category Pre-requisite (to Customize In-Panel Marketplace)

Sales categories with service plans within them must have ‘Expand Category’ and ‘Display Category in Customer Control Panel’ options enabled in order for them to be visible on the Customer Control Panel (NextCP). Follow these steps to confirm whether the options are enabled:

1) Log in to your Reseller Control Panel (RCP)

2) Switch to ‘Billing’

3) From the left-side menu options, select Products > Service Plans

4) On the ‘Service Plans’ page, select ‘Sales Categories’ tab

5) Under ‘Sales Categories’, click on a sales category

6) On the selected sales category page, ensure ‘Expand Category’ and ‘Display Category in Customer Control Panel’ are set to ‘Yes’
